The Problem: Vibration & Whipping
Machining pipes that are several meters long brings a common nightmare: Rear End Vibration. Without proper support at the tailstock end, centrifugal force causes the pipe to whip, destroying precision and surface finish.
The Solution: Dual Rear Stabilization
We engineered the MOH-1400 with a specialized rear-end configuration to lock down long workpieces:
• Rear Chuck (28"): Provides a secure secondary grip point to prevent slippage.
• Rear Hydraulic Support: Automatically centers and stabilizes the pipe end, acting as a dynamic steady rest.
• Result: Zero vibration, higher RPMs, and flawless roundness even on max-length pipes.
