The Problem: Vibration & Whipping
Machining workpieces that are several meters long brings a common nightmare: Rear-end Vibration. Without proper support at the headstock end, centrifugal force causes the workpiece to whip, destroying precision and surface finish.
The Solution: Dual Rear Stabilization
We engineered the MOH-1400 with a specialized rear-end configuration to lock down long workpieces:
• Rear Chuck (28"): Provides a secure secondary grip point to prevent slippage.
• Hydraulic Rear Supporting Stand: Acting as a dynamic steady rest.
