We recently invited certified emergency response instructors to our company for a hands-on AED and CPR training session. This initiative reflects our strong commitment to providing a safe working environment and ensuring that every colleague is equipped with the knowledge and confidence to respond in critical moments.
The program covered the fundamentals of the Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and high‑quality Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), reinforcing MYDAY’s safety culture and our readiness to act when seconds matter.
Check scene safety → Call emergency services → Care with CPR and AED in sequence (Check–Call–Care).
100–120 compressions per minute, about 5–6 cm depth, allow full chest recoil, and minimize pauses.
Follow voice prompts for pad placement and heart‑rhythm analysis; announce “Everyone clear!” before delivering a shock.
