ZNC3500.150.9 is an ultra-heavy-duty customized lathe platform developed by MYDAY for specific project requirements. With a 3500 mm swing over bed, 15-meter machining length, 125 kW variable-frequency spindle motor, and A2-20 spindle nose, it provides the structural rigidity, load capacity, and geometric accuracy foundation required for oversized workpiece machining.
Designed for defense, aerospace, and heavy strategic components, the machine supports workpieces up to 40 tons through a reinforced 52-inch bed structure, Ø 560 mm rotary tailstock spindle, hydraulic locking system, and four heavy-duty four-point closed steady rests covering Ø1200–Ø2500 mm. Its CF / CS axis indexing system integrates a servo motor, Heidenhain angle encoder, and hydraulic brake to support stable positioning and locking for subsequent system integration.
