Linisher Machine(22'' Bed)

The MOC1060.60.6 is an ultra-long automatic polishing machine specially modified from the classic MYDAY MOC (22" bed) traditional series. Embodying the true value of a special-purpose machine, it acts as a highly optimized, dedicated processing node within a factory workflow—delivering peak efficiency for specific tasks without the unnecessary overhead of a complex 5-axis multitasking machine. To focus exclusively on the polishing process of long-dimension workpieces, the transmission structure has been deeply customized. The R&D team removed the feed gearbox and modified the standard apron, introducing a Z-axis feed system driven by a servo gear motor and gear rack. Paired with adjustable front and rear limit devices (Z+ / Z-) and a stepless speed control knob, it provides stable and easily manageable reciprocating polishing feed control.

Developed for the heavy-duty, high-tension polishing requirements of long shaft components, this machine handles a maximum polishing diameter of 550 mm. Demonstrating profound mechanical and pneumatic integration expertise, the MYDAY R&D team equipped the system with a dedicated Pneumatic Tensioning & Tracking mechanism. This ensures constant abrasive belt tension during high-speed operations while enabling rapid belt replacement and run-off prevention. A custom-engineered slide pad precisely compensates for a 200 mm centerline height difference. For fluid management, a paper filter combined with a magnetic separator and pressurized multi-nozzle piping efficiently processes massive volumes of metal chips and dust. Ultimately, cutting fluid controls, pneumatic valves, start/stop buttons, and the dedicated feed joystick are fully integrated into a single central control box. Passing strict operational validations, this design optimizes the ergonomics of the ultra-long machine, achieving a highly efficient synthesis of heavy rigid castings and pneumatic control systems.
