The MOC1060.60.6 is a long-shaft automatic polishing machine developed from MYDAY's classic MOC traditional series with 22" bed. Designed for reciprocating polishing of long shaft workpieces, this machine is configured specifically around the polishing process. The original feed gearbox has been removed and the apron structure has been redesigned, with Z-axis feed driven by a servo gear motor and rack transmission. Combined with adjustable Z+ / Z- travel limit devices and a stepless speed control knob, the system allows operators to set the reciprocating stroke and feed speed according to workpiece length and polishing requirements, providing stable and manageable long-stroke polishing operation.
Developed for the belt tension and operating stability required in continuous polishing of long shaft workpieces, the MOC1060.60.6 handles a maximum polishing diameter of Ø550 mm. To support the actual operating requirements of the linisher unit, MYDAY designed and manufactured the pneumatic control system in-house. This system helps maintain abrasive belt tension, supports belt tracking, and reduces the risk of belt deviation during operation, while also improving convenience for belt replacement and routine machine use. A dedicated slide pad compensates for the 200 mm centerline height difference between the polishing unit and the machine platform. In addition, a paper filter, magnetic separator, and pressurized multi-nozzle piping work together to manage polishing fluid and debris. Fluid control, pneumatic valves, start/stop buttons, and the feed joystick are integrated into a single control box, making operation and management of the long-bed machine more practical for production use.
