The MYDAY SGF Series is a CNC heavy-duty four-guideway large lathe engineered for machining large-diameter, long, and heavy workpieces. Its extra-wide flat bed features two pairs of guideways, providing exceptional rigidity, stability, and structural support for demanding heavy-duty turning applications.

Available in SGF1800, SGF2000, SGF2250, and SGF2500 models, the series offers swing over bed from 1800 to 2500 mm. Distance between centers is available from 3 to 12 meters as standard, with extended bed lengths customizable to meet specific workpiece and machining requirements.

The four-guideway construction separates the carriage from the tailstock and steady-rest support area, providing flexible configurations for different machining requirements. The standard half-length cross slide extends across all four guideways, delivering maximum structural support and rigidity for extremely heavy-duty cutting.

For applications requiring uninterrupted longitudinal machining of large outside diameters, an optional full-length cross slide can be mounted on the front guideways. This configuration allows the carriage to travel along the workpiece without interference from the tailstock or steady rests, making it particularly suitable for long shafts, large rollers, and other workpieces requiring continuous OD turning.
