The MYDAY CNC Oil Country Lathe is designed for heavy-duty machining applications in the oil & gas, steel, energy, and general metalworking industries. With a large spindle bore, large swing capacity, and rigid flat-bed construction, the machine provides excellent versatility for machining pipes, tubes, shafts, rollers, flanges, and other large industrial components. For oilfield applications, the machine can be equipped with a large spindle bore and double chucks mounted on both sides of the headstock, providing secure clamping and excellent support for long pipes and tubular workpieces. This configuration is particularly suitable for turning, threading, and machining both ends of oil pipes, drill pipes, casings, and other tubular components.
The large swing capacity also makes the machine suitable for machining heavy and large-diameter workpieces such as steel mill rollers, large flanges, long shafts, and shipbuilding components. For applications requiring enhanced workpiece support and clamping stability, a rotary quill tailstock is available as an option. Combining big-bore capability, heavy-duty construction, and flexible machining configurations, MYDAY CNC Oil Country Lathes provide reliable turning solutions for demanding oilfield and large-component machining applications.
