The MYDAY MGF Series is a heavy-duty four-guideway large lathe designed for machining large-diameter, long, and heavy workpieces. Its extra-wide flat bed features two pairs of guideways, providing exceptional rigidity and stability for heavy cutting and large workpiece machining. The tailstock and steady rests are mounted on the rear guideways, while the carriage and full-length cross slide travel across all four guideways. This four-guideway construction provides enhanced structural support and allows the cross slide to maintain high rigidity throughout its full travel, ensuring stable and precise cutting performance even under heavy loads.
With its robust construction, large swing capacity, full-length cross slide, and excellent machining stability, the MGF Series is ideally suited for large shafts, steel mill rolls, rollers, energy equipment, shipbuilding components, and other large industrial workpieces requiring heavy-duty turning.
