CNC Heavy Duty Oil Country & Big Bore Lathe (22” Bed) | SOC Series | MYDAY

The MYDAY SOC Series is a CNC heavy-duty oil country and big bore lathe designed for demanding pipe, tube, and large-component machining applications. Available in SOC960 and SOC1060 models, the series features a rigid 22-inch (560 mm) flat bed, swing over bed up to 1060 mm, and distance between centers from 1.5 to 6 meters as standard, with longer lengths available upon request.

Spindle power is transmitted through a pulley, belt, and 4-step gearbox, providing high torque and a wide spindle speed range for heavy-duty turning and threading. With spindle bore options from 6" up to 14", the SOC Series is particularly suitable for machining oil pipes, drill pipes, casings, tubes, long shafts, and other large tubular components.

For oilfield and long-pipe applications, an optional double chuck system provides secure workpiece clamping and support on both sides of the headstock. Combining CNC precision, large spindle bore capacity, rigid flat-bed construction, and flexible machining configurations, the SOC Series provides a reliable solution for oil & gas, steel, energy, and other heavy industrial applications.
